   Q: what is the difference between Shop Abroad & Just ship?

A: ISHOP INTERNATIONAL is a personal shopping service wherein WE will purchase theitem for you from any U.S. website. This is most helpful in case you do not have a credit card that you can use to make payments in U.S. Dollars $$. It's easy - you use the iShop International calculator to tell us what item you want from any U.S. website, we give you a quote that includes the purchase price, international shipping, duty and fees of them item. Once you pay for the item, we re-verify the quote and payment then purchase and ship your products!

JUST SHIP is useful to you if you have the facility to purchase goods online on a U.S. website and just need a local U.S. address for your seller to ship the goods. This is basically a mailforwarding service. When we receive you package in your mailbox we will it forward it to your address in India at our discounted shipping rates (our rates are genrally much cheaper than what any website may charge you for shipping to India)

Q: How long will it take to get my item?

A: Most items are delivered to our U.S. hub within 3-5 days and it takesd an additional 3-5 days thereafter to reach you. The transit time depends mostly on the seller. Reputed sites like Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Zappos.com, etc generally ship the items on the same day. Other sites atht are not as well-known may take a little longer. Ebay.com sells items from individual sellers, so transit times depend on when that seller shipps out the items.

A: Yes, in case you require the original invoice of your item, you can request us and we can provide you with an electronic copy.

Q: For IShop International can I request purchase from ANY online site

A: Yes, you can, but be sure you are requesting an item from an authentic seller. IShop International may decline your request for purchase from any site that seems unreliable or suspicious. In case you do purchase from a fraudulent seller, it is a very lengthy process to get your money back, so it is always better to stick with sites that are reputable. If you are unsure, you can always do an online search of theseller's name to check their history. This is always a SAFE ONLINE SHOPPING PRACTICE :)!

Q: How can I know if website will charge me sales tax?

A: THis can be a bit tricky. Basically if thesite is part of a department store chain like, macys.com, gap.com, forever21.com, etc. you can be sure you will be charged sales tax. Also if the seller is located in New Jersey they will charge sales tax. Most sites will mention their sales tax policy. Simply if the company charges sales tax in New Jersey, you will be charged U.S. local sales tax on your order.

Q: What will I pay, are there any hidden / extra costs?

A: You will pay the amount mentioned in your order quote. In case there was an error in the information you entered, we will review your quoteand send you an updated one before confirming you purchase. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will not have to pay anything else. The only exception may be in case where the calculated weight of the item is GROSSLY DIFFERENT from the actual weight of the item. In some localities you may need to pay OCTROI. OCTROI charges are not covered by us, you will have to pay the octroi at the time of delivery.

Q: What if the item is not what I wanted?

A:There are 2 secnarios
1) We purchased the wrong item for you - THis is our mistake, we will replace the item for the correct item for free, and may even throw in a little bonus for the inconvenience.

2) The seller ships the wrong item - we will help facilitate the return of the item.

Q: What if the item is broken in transit?

A: All shipments via our express carriers are insured with a declared value of up to $100. If the declared value is more than $100, you may request additional insurance. Additional insurance charges at therate of 2% of the item puchase price.

Q: Can I purchase something as a duty-free gift?

A: An item may be sent as a duty-free gift provided that:
1) The value of theitem does not exceed $200
2) The item is paid for in USD using a U.S. registered credit or bank card
3) The item is addressed to a person in India other than yourself

Q: What is the guarantee of the products?

A: We will guarantee that the item you order will reach you within 30 days or you will receive a full credit of your amount paid. Any product warranty etc. must be taken up with ethe original seller or manufacturer of the product.

Q: Can I ship ANY item through Just Ship?

A: No. You must check the banned item list on the website. We will not ship any item that is on the banned item list, including, liquids, chemicals, weapons, etc. Also, Just Ship is intended for personal use, no single shipment should include more than 5 pieces of any article as this will be considered as "commercial" goods and additional fees will be applied, and shipments may be held in customs.
